SuperGhost

Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SuperGhost (“SuperGhost”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the SuperGhost app for Android (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.

1. Who can use SuperGhost

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. The App is not intended for children.

2. What the App does

SuperGhost uses Android’s developer “mock location” feature to set a simulated location on your own device. It can hold a fixed point, or simulate movement along a route. To use it, you must turn on Developer options and choose SuperGhost as the mock location app.

Other apps and services can detect that a location is simulated, and many do. We don’t guarantee that the App will work with any particular app or service, device, or Android version.

3. Acceptable use

SuperGhost is designed for testing location-based apps, for demonstrations, and for protecting your own privacy. You are solely responsible for how you use it. You agree not to use the App to:

We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you are breaking these rules.

4. Safety

While a simulation is running, apps on your phone may show or use a location that is not where you really are. Stop any simulation before you rely on your location for navigation, safety, or contacting emergency services. The App is not a navigation or safety product. Map, place and route information may be inaccurate or out of date.

5. SuperGhost Pro subscriptions

6. Your license to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not:

We and our licensors keep all rights in the App, including the SuperGhost name and logo.

7. Third-party services

The App uses services from third parties, which have their own terms:

We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability can change.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature. If we discontinue Pro features while you have an active subscription, you can request a prorated refund.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF MAP, PLACE OR ROUTE DATA. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR UNDETECTED BY OTHER APPS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERGHOST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND (B) US $50. SOME STATES DON’T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SuperGhost against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms. This includes use that breaks the law or another service’s terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play; uninstalling alone does not cancel it. We may end these Terms or your access if you breach them. Sections 3, 4 and 6 through 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where the law of your state requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above, and we will notify you in the App of significant changes. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the App.
